Thickness: 1. 1 to 1. 5mm for motorcycle apparels. 0. 7 to 0. 9mm for gloves. Leather stock: we have proper system for leather stock. Stitching standard: we are using heavy duty juki (japanese made) machines for stitching. Pattern making: we have educated & skilled pattern makers & designers. Feel free to forward us your own designs. Material: ce certified removable armors, original ykk zippers (zipper sliders available with your own company name) , brass buttons (brass buttons available with your own company name) , satin, cotton, mesh & quilted lining available. Eva foam & flexible rubber padding for garments. We are currently making products with customers own brands / labels / embrioderies / embossing & logos.
